Online Permitting

Online Permitting is now available through Open Gov link: https://monroect.portal.opengov.com/

The Town of Monroe now offers and online permitting system which includes the Building, Health, Inland Wetlands, Fire Marshal and Planning & Zoning Departments.

This new system will allow you to submit applications for the permits outlined below from the comfort of your home or office.  You will also have the option to pay for your permit online via credit card or ACH (transaction fee will apply).  Applicants may continue to pay for permits via check or cash at Town Hall, 7 Fan Hill Road.

In addition to permitting, this new system will also allow residents to make the following:

Zoning Complaints: https://monroect.portal.opengov.com/categories/1081/record-types/6475

Wetland Complaints: https://monroect.portal.opengov.com/categories/1086/record-types/6526
