Monroe CT 250

The mission of the Monroe CT 250 Committee is to honor our rich history, embrace our diverse community, and inspire future generations. We strive to commemorate this milestone with events and activities that reflect our past, celebrate our present, and build a brighter future together. Through collaboration, education, and civic engagement, we aim to foster a sense of pride and unity, ensuring that Monroe continues to thrive for the next 250 years and beyond. (Approved by the Monroe CT 250 Committee June 26, 2025)

Monroe’s CT 250 Committee is a committee of eight dedicated residents selected by the Town of Monroe’s First Selectman and endorsed by the Town of Monroe’s Town Council to coordinate and convene events for the semiquincentennial.
